AWARD SAC 2016 CW

New award for sac test.
A fun contest for the Scandinavien.
We are the dx and all other is chasing us.
All most all my 20 mtr qsos was on my vertical.
A good result from 40 mtr band saved my contest.

A lot of dx worked from my low power station .
Antenna situation is still bad,but will fix rotor in main tower
this summer,will also put up tower #2 for my so2r set up.
I work a lot of dx on the vertical GP7DX, Yagi is pointing to 75 ° east
and rotary dipole goes south/north for 30/40 mtr.
My rotary dipole is 2 to 5 s units better than my vertical on 30/40.
So I realy miss my antenna rotor....
But can't complain to much...dx is easy from this qth...

DX-PEDITION REPORT MARCH 2017

A lot of dxing in March month for me.

A good month with a lot of dx-pedition going on.

Following dx-peditions was on:

5U5R   9N7EI   9G5X   TU7C   S21ZEE/ZED

Qsos :75327  30241  29358   52357       51892 ...qsos....

This created a lot of activity on the bands.

I made some qso's, but Since I'm not a casual dx-er

I mostly had the weekends to participate .

March month I worked 74 hours overtime.

This month was working, dx-ing, eating, sleeping.

DXCC CHANGES

Some change in the DXCC program .
They have deleted KH4 Midway Island and KH7K Kure Island .
The change took part  26.Aug.2016 QSOs before is valid for dxcc.
You can see the Island's on the left of the map.
This changed the total dxcc entities to 337 total.
So 337 is  # 1 Honor Roll,  that will say my total dxcc stand is 343.
Of course I have this all confirmed in the ARRL dxcc program.
I'm not a fan of big mouthed dx-ers who say all confirmed and
when you look in the DXCC list you will not find their call.
I call them swl'ers 

ELECRAFT KPA 1500

New Amplifier from Elecraft KPA 1500
Smal desk top unit and separate power supply.
Have ant-tuner also and deliver 1500 w plus.
Price tag. 5995 $. Looks like a nice amplifier.
Have the money to buy it, but can not use it in
this neighborhood. When running 200 w from
my FT5000 one of them complain to me about he
get some noise in his old FM radio, mybee it will
change when we will take in use the new DAB band.
